Features of the C1H High-Temperature Heat Pump.
High Water Temperature 90℃
The advantage of the R134a system is its ability to produce high water temperatures (greater than 80℃ ), but the drawback is its unsuitability for use in low-temperature environments. When the ambient temperature drops below 0℃, the system's efficiency is significantly reduced. The R32 inverter system is suitable for low-temperature environments (below minus 20℃), but the maximum water output temperature of the R32 system is limited to 70℃. Therefore, combining the two systems by exchanging heat between the condensing side of the R32 system and the evaporating side of the R134A system through a heat exchanger can leverage the advantages of each system. This allows the heat pump to operate in low-temperature environments while also generating high water temperatures.
The condenser of the R32 system functions as the evaporator for the R134a system, consistently providing a source temperature above 0°C. This ensures an efficient energy supply for the R134a compressor, enabling it to produce high water temperatures.
